Meeting Format

The average attendance for each meeting is over 25.

Speaker/sponsors will be provisionally booked by a Group member and have details ratified by the Group Co-Ordinator.

The speaker is invited to join the entire meeting (8 am – 11.30 am) and to listen to the discussion, queries, concerns and sales ideas. Occasionally the speaker will be invited to comment on related issues. Invariably this is considered to be the most unique aspect of the Group and the opportunity for the speaker/sponsor to witness an open and frank exchange of attitudes and motivations (see 'What People Say.' under the Member tab).

Speakers will be required to enter into a services agreement, settle an invoice (electronically) and agree an agenda at least one month prior to the engagement.

Perhaps the best way to assess the calibre of our group is to review the testimonials we have amassed from previous speakers who have been invited to present – see what people say.

The speaker is allotted a time and duration for their presentation. For this session, due consideration should be made for:

Presenting technical and generic information about the subject (approx. 50%)

Presenting the sponsor's company product/range & terms (approx. 25%)

Allowing time for questions and answers (remainder)

On signature of the agreement and payment of the sponsorship amount, a special username and password to the website will be released. This will grant access to a full list of Group members (company, addresses, telephone, fax, email, secretaries, mobile, a picture and a business operation profile).

Unless an existing relationship is held with a Group member, first contact is only to be made with Group members at the event or after the presentation has been delivered.

Handouts, gifts, business cards, etc., may be circulated at the meeting or you may contact members individually as you see fit after the meeting.

Speakers are required to send a copy of any electronic presentation material delivered (i.e. Powerpoint file) to the co-ordinator immediately after the event. This file is then stored on or Group website as a reference and aide memoire, along with meeting minutes.
